Who will win the premier league next season?
Football fans in the UK are already placing bets on who will win Premier League next season. What, where, and how is a gambling game that is tackling one of the most anticipated seasons ever?
Manchester City
Can Manchester City do it again? That’s the question on everyone’s lips as the new Premier League season approaches. Pep Guardiola’s side was simply sensational last year, romping to the title with a record 100 points. The Citizens have made some big changes over the summer, most notably in bringing in Riyad Mahrez from Leicester City. The Algerian winger will add even more firepower to an already dangerous attack, and with Kevin De Bruyne pulling the strings in midfield, City look set to be a force to be reckoned with once again.
The one concern for Guardiola will be at the back, where Vincent Kompany’s departure has left a big hole. The City defense wasn’t at its best last season and if they are to retain their title, they will need to tighten up at the back.
Despite their defensive concerns, I still think Manchester City is the team to beat this season. They have an incredible squad of players and with Pep Guardiola at the helm, anything is possible.
Liverpool
The Liverpool fans have been very excited about the prospects of their team winning the Premier League title next season. They have been very vocal about their desire to see their team win the title, and they seem to be confident that they can do it. The Anfield faithful are convinced that this is finally their year, and they are ready to support their team all the way. There is no doubt that Liverpool has the potential to win the title next season, but it remains to be seen if they can put it all together and make it happen.
Who will win the premier league, Chelsea
The Chelsea team has been performing exceptionally well this season and they are definitely in contention to win the Premier League title next season. The team has a great mix of experience and youth, and they have been playing some very exciting football. Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte, has been instrumental in turning the team around and he will be hoping to lead them to glory next season. The Chelsea fans will be hoping for a repeat of their title success from the 2014/15 season, and they will be backing their team all the way.
Tottenham Hotspur
It’s been an eventful few seasons for Tottenham Hotspur. They’ve experienced highs, like qualifying for the Champions League final, and lows, like being knocked out of the Europa League in the Round of 16. But through it all, they’ve managed to maintain their place near the top of the Premier League table.
Next season could be their best chance yet to win the league title. They have a strong squad and a manager in Mauricio Pochettino who knows how to get the best out of them. They also have the benefit of not having to play in any European competition, which means they can focus all their energy on the Premier League. If they can avoid injuries and keep their key players performing at a high level, there’s no reason why Tottenham couldn’t be lifting the trophy come May. It’s going to be an exciting season for Spurs fans, that’s for sure.
Manchester United
Manchester United has been one of the most successful teams in the Premier League, winning the title 13 times. They are currently second in the table, behind Liverpool. However, many experts believe that they have what it takes to win the title next season.
One of the main reasons for this is their new manager, Jose Mourinho. Mourinho is a proven winner, having won the Premier League three times before. He has also brought in some top-quality players, such as striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic and midfielder Paul Pogba. With these additions, Manchester United looks like a very strong team.
Another reason why Manchester United could win the title next season is that they have a very good squad depth. They have a number of good players who can come in and make an impact when needed. This means that they should be able to cope with any injuries or suspensions that
occur during the season. Overall, Manchester United look like a very strong team and they have a good chance of winning the Premier League next season.
Everton
After a disappointing season, Everton will be looking to bounce back and challenge for the Premier League title next year. The Toffees have the quality in their squad to do so, but whether or not they can string together a consistent run of results remains to be seen. One thing is for sure, Everton will be aiming to close the gap on the top six and put up a fight for the title next season. With the likes of Richarlison, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, and Gylfi Sigurdsson leading the charge, they certainly have the firepower to do so.
It will be interesting to see how new manager Marco Silva builds on what he has inherited from Sam Allardyce, and if he can get the most out of his star players. Everton has all the ingredients to challenge for the title next season, but whether or not they can deliver remains to be seen.
Liverpool FC
Last season was an incredible one for Liverpool FC. They managed to steamroll their way to the Premier League title, losing just once all season. It was a truly remarkable achievement and one that cemented their place as one of the greatest teams in English football history. This season, they’ll be looking to defend their title and prove that last season wasn’t a fluke. They’ll have their work cut out for them, though, as there are a number of other teams who will be gunning for the title.
Manchester City will be looking to reclaim their crown, while Chelsea and Manchester United will both be hoping to mount serious challenges. Then there’s Tottenham Hotspur, who always seem to be in the mix, and Arsenal, who will be hoping for a turnaround under a new manager Unai Emery.
It’s going to be an exciting season and it’s hard to predict who will come out on top. Liverpool are the defending champions and they’ve shown that they’re capable of anything, so they have to be considered favorites. But it’s going to be tight at the top and any of the aforementioned teams could easily emerge victorious.
