Self Service UIUC is an online portal that provides students with a one-stop shop for all their academic needs. Through Self Service UIUC, students can access their course schedules, grades, and financial aid information. In addition, Self Service UIUC provides students with the ability to register for classes, pay their tuition bills, and request transcripts. Self-Service UIUC is a convenient and user-friendly way for students to manage their academic affairs.
How To Log On To Faculty Self Service UIUC
Faculty Self Service is the main interface where you can do your work and manage your University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign account. You’ll be able to see your class schedule, grades, and more from this site. If you’re logged in during a login session, you’ll be able to switch between your personal account or any of the many other accounts you might have with us: a student account, an employee account, an affiliate account…
Logging into UIUC Self Service
Assuming you are already on the Faculty & Staff page on the UIUC website, follow these steps to log into self-service:
- Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields
- Click the “Log On” button
To log into the Faculty self service uiuc portal, follow these steps:
- Go to http://selfservice.uiuc.edu
- Click the Login button on the left-hand side of the page
- Follow the instructions to create an account with your University username and password
- Once you have logged in to your profile page, click on “My Profile” at the top of the page
- Click on “Actions” at the top of your profile page and then click on “Request Report”
Once you have logged in, you will be able to access various services such as viewing your pay stubs, updating your personal information, and more. If you have any problems logging in, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
How to Change Your Password
If you need to change your password for any reason, you can do so by logging into the Faculty Self service UIUC portal. Once you are logged in, click on the “Change Password” link under the “Personal Information” section. From there, you will be prompted to enter your current password, as well as your new password (twice). Once you have entered all of the required information, click on the “Change Password” button and your password will be changed.
Changing Your Account Settings
If you need to change your account settings, such as your password, security questions, or contact information, you can do so through the Faculty Self service UIUC portal. To access your account settings, simply login to the portal and click on the “Account Settings” link. From there, you can make any necessary changes to your account.
Faculty Required to Log In
Faculty at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign are required to log in to Self Service, the UIUC online portal for faculty and staff. Self Service allows faculty to view and update their personal information, view their pay stubs and tax forms, access their benefits information, and more. To log in to Self Service, faculty will need their University ID number and password.

When you first log in to the UIUC Faculty Self Service, you will see a screen that looks like the one below (the information in the screenshot is for illustration purposes only). You will notice that there are two tabs on the top; the orange tab is for you to see what your courses are for next semester, and the blue tab is for you to see what courses you have already completed in the past.
